How do I add scrolling text in CapCut?
Export your scrolling text as a GIF or WebM, then place it on a track above your footage. WebM transparency requires VP9 Alpha support in your editor. If it shows black, export a solid green or blue background not used in the design and apply Chroma Key; soft glow edges may change.
